Living On The Edge

I’ve been experimenting lately and eating out at restaurants more and cooking a bit less. This is really living on the edge for me given all the food allergies I have BUT I have found that most places are really nice and accommodating. I’ve only gotten sick a couple of times and only mildly. Eventually I’m going to write a post about how “gluten free” is very nearly meaningless to me and why it should make everyone take a second look. Not right now though, right now it is summer time and I’m getting ready to cook A LOT more because, well, I enjoy the grill. First up will be some scrumptious seafood (recipes to follow) and then some land dwellers, I have quite a few new things in mind.

That’s right, after this week, I’m putting the restaurants away for a while and getting back into my kitchen so more recipes and more, hopefully, yummy food.
