
Pork Chops w/ Mushrooms & Mustard Sauce
August 15, 2012Take some thin cut pork chops and saute them in Olivio season with black pepper and garlic. When they’re almost done add some red onions and mushroom, cook down. When everything is ready to come off add in some Annie’s (or brand of choice) horseradish mustard. Easy to prepare and cook, very savory and a little spicy. Serve over mixed greens and enjoy.
