Taco Dinner Salad with Fresh Salsa

Salsa: Chop Tomatoes Add fresh cilantro and fresh garlic Stir vigorously Cover in plastic wrap & refrigerate about 30 minutes Taco Salad: Brown sirloin (95% lean) in low sodium beef broth Add garlic and chili powder Drain Add about 1/4 cup of water and taco seasoning (I like Penzeys) simmer about 5 minutes Plate with mixed greens or spinach and top with cheddar cheese and salsa
